Helping your clients make choices about charitable giving
We know that discussing charitable giving with your clients and providing them with a broad array of choices that meet their interests can be complicated. We aim to make it easier and simpler. The wide variety of options the Rockland Community Foundation offers can help you create personalized giving plans to help your clients achieve their charitable goals.  We can provide you with sample fund agreements, bequest language as well as the benefit of our and expertise on charitable giving and grant making.

Establishing memorial funds can be difficult for families struggling with the grief of thier recent loss.  You can trust that our services are personal, sensitive, confidential and informative. We can quickly and easily establish a memorial or scholarship fund that can provide tax advantages for all contributors.

The Rockland Community Foundation offers the perfect choice for the client who wishes to be very involved in how their charitable efforts are carried out, but does not want the administrative responsibilities and costs associated with  thier own private foundation. These clients will appreciate the tax advantages that establishing a Donor Advised Fund with the Rockland Community Foundation can provide.

Establishing a fund with a Community Foundation ensures that even if circumstances change over time we will carry on your client’s charitable wishes in perpetuity.

From the moment my mother decided to create a scholarship, all our advisers insisted that the Rockland Community Foundation was our only real choice. They were so right. My mother Sara, a Concentration Camp Survivor herself, focused on giving resources and ideas. The Rockland Community Foundation did all the rest. Now, our patriarch, Holocaust Survivor and Israeli Pioneer Baruch Auerbach and our beloved
sister Elana Goldberg live on.                                                                     David Auerbach, Fund Owner
